Governmental management on Oils
Oils are subject to specialized management by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Greasy products may be on the list to be declared regulated and subject to quality inspection(or not) depending on the purpose of use and type. Note: - According to the provisions of Circular 06/2018 / TT-BKHCN, from December 15, 2018, combustion engine lubricant products manufactured, prepared or imported in the market must comply with the regulations of QCVN. 14: 2018 / BKHCN - Internal combustion engine lubricants manufactured, blended or imported were circulated on the market before December 15, 2018, and continue to be circulated on the market until the end of June 15, 2020. - For imported internal combustion engine lubricants, a certificate of conformity shall be applied before distribution in the market.
