Governmental management on Baby toys
Children’s toys are under the specialized management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.
According to the Circular on Regulations on the management of international trading of goods under the specialized management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (Circular No. 28/2014 / TT-BVHTTDL dated 31st December 2014, amended by the Circular No. 26/2018 / TT-BVHTTDL dated September 11, 2018 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism regulating the management of trading of national goods In addition to the goods under the specialized cultural management of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism – Consolidating 4225 / VBHN-BVHTTDL on 18/09/2018), imported children’s toys must meet the following conditions:
- Must ensure 100% new; unused.
- Quality assurance in accordance with the national technical regulation on toy safety under the provisions of Circular No. 18/2009 / TT-BKHCN of June 26, 2009 of the Ministry of Science and Technology National technical regulation on children’s safety – QCVN 3: 2009 / BKHCN.
- Having contents, forms, designs and features that are not harmful to education, develop personality, pose no danger or affect children’s health, do not violate the provisions of Article 6 of this Circular ”
Imported children’s toys must be registered for state quality control at the inspection agency. Regulations on the quality of imported goods for customs clearance comply with the Circular No. 07/2017 / TT-BKHCN of June 16, 2017 of the Ministry of Science and Technology.
