b) Printers using one of the following technologies (classified under HS code 84.43): Digital, offset, flexo, gravure, letterpress, screen printing machines;

c) Post-printing processing machines (operating by electricity, classified under HS code 84.40, HS code 84.41): Paper cutting (including die-cutting machines); book folding machines; bookbinding machines (stapling or stitching, milling spines, thermal gluing); various types of binding machines; inline finishing production lines; bag making machines, pouch or envelope making machines; box making machines, carton making machines, cylindrical or drum-shaped container making machines;

d) Multicolor photocopiers; printers with single-function or multifunction color photocopying capabilities (classified under HS code 84.43).

For types of printers not listed above, there are no specific policies upon importation.

The import declaration procedure for printing equipment (according to the regulations in Decree No. 72/2022/ND-CP)
