What license does crab commodity need to export?
1. Quarantine Certificate
According to Circular No. 26/2016/TT-BNNPTNT stipulating the quarantine of aquatic animals and animal products. Clause 2, Article 1 of Circular stipulates that this Circular applies to agencies, organizations and individuals involved in the export of aquatic animals and animal products.
⇒ Therefore, when exporting crabs, exporters need to register for quarantine for each shipment.
Quarantine of aquatic products for export is divided into 2 types:
– Quarantine of exported aquatic animals and animal products not used as food.
Quarantine of exported aquatic animals and animal products used for food
2. Fishery export license issued by the Directorate of Fisheries, certified by the enterprise (applicable to aquatic species subject to conditional export as prescribed in Appendix IX, Appendix X enclosed herewith). Decree No. 26/2019/ND-CP dated March 8, 2019 of the Government detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Fisheries)
